Água Hotels Lagos Bay

Breathtaking hotel! The staff was exceptional, there is no possible way they could have been anymore helpful and friendly. Room was updated, modern, clean, and beautiful. Breakfast was a wonderful experience served on the rooftop Terrance. Perfect view of the ocean. Loved the pool! Couldn’t have asked for a better location. Everything including beaches was a short walk away.

There was honestly nothing that I did not like.

The staff was excellent our rooms were clean and comfortable and the location great.

The pool area needs to be maintained better. Many of the lounging chairs were broken and the cushions were very stained and dirty.

Perfect location, our room was spacious with a lovely view, huge private patio looking at the sea and the marina. Right outside the front of the hotel is the main restaurant strip in historic town.Breakfast was good, orders taken and then prepared. The rooms were spacious & immaculate. We tried to amend our dates and booking.com let us down and after several days of communicating and finally 2.5 hours in the phone, next time I would book directly to avoid this. We had a week to have free cancellation and we started the process 11 days before which ended up costing us an unused nights accom in Lisbon due to their poor communication.
