Our second time staying here and again we were not disappointed! Central location is great and close to everything you would want for a city trip. Rooftop pool lovely for a private swim. Nice and clean, spacious and comfortable. Host is always quick to reply and very friendly and welcoming.

Some ongoing daytime building construction in this area, due to property expansion in this popular area.

Ras

Second time staying in Marrakech and the location is ideal for getting around. It's close to a local shop and cafes also. Lovely, clean, safe, modern property with great water pressure, and a rooftop pool perfect for relaxing and swimming on home days. Comfortable beds and there is air con to help with sleeping at night (we went in July). Able to cook and watch films on the ground floor, although there are tvs in each room. Feels quite homey after a few days! Owner is very helpful and communication is great throughout - they can't do enough for you as their guest! Cleaning services are offered also and the pool is cleaned twice weekly. We would book again.

Construction work was going on for the duration of our 2 week stay (8am - 8pm daily) but this wasn't the owner's fault. Not sure how long this is likely to last for, but Marrakech generally has a lot of ongoing building work.
