We booked the house as a base to use for the Balloon Fiesta in Bristol. It was about 15 mins drive away, so ideal to come and go from as required. The house itself is beautiful and well equipped and has everything you can think of. Communication was excellent from start to finish and our stay was lovely - just not long enough.
It was quite expensive in comparison to some others you could get in Bristol. But there is nothing not to like about this property; it is in a quiet street with parking and good connections to the city.

Property was perfect for our needs. Great that we could bring our 2 dogs for no extra charge. The extra touches made our stay even better. Welcomed with basic groceries, bread, milk, tea, coffee, juice. Complimentary toiletries were a nice touch. Great to have complimentary laundry products for the washing machine and dryer. Everything has been thought through carefully and we definitely recommend staying here. Location was great for Bristol (20 mins) and lots in Portishead too. Highly recommended!

The decor, furnishings, standard and comfort were second to none. The standard is one of the best we have stayed in and all of the extra touches made it even nicer.
Ideally I would want to pick the cottage up and move it closer to the town or harbour so that we could walk to restaurants etc.
