El alojamiento está recién renovado, por lo que está todo en perfectas condiciones. Aconsejo la estancia.
Ruido por la mañanas del peloteo de las pistas de tenis que están justo al lado.
Debe mejorar el sistema de oscurecimiento de las ventanas, ya que a pesar de tener estores de opacidad, por la mañana entra muchísima luz en la habitación.

Esta recién reformado, tiene un buen tamaño para dos personas pero pese a tener sofá cama para más personas el baño se quedaría muy pequeño. Está equipada con todo lo necesario, cabe destacar que la cocina es de inducción. Es un barrio tranquilo aunque da a las pistas de tenis y están desde las 8 de la mañana jugando. La ubicación es muy buena, a pocos minutos andando de la playa y el paseo.
El piso es muy luminoso y desde primera hora entra muchisima luz por las ventanas. Hay un store oscuro que no cubre del todo las ventanas por lo que si estás acostumbrado a dormir con oscuridad te va a ser imposible dormir.

Great view of Montgó! Short walk to the beach as well as restaurants and bars.
The tennis center is directly outside the windows so be prepared for early morning noises!

This one bedroom apartment is ideally placed for Arenal centre and easy walking distance to Javea Port and Old Town. It has everything you need to self cater if needed but in walking distance of Restaurants and cafes. It is on the sixth floor of the block which is the top floor, views from the windows are spectacular, you can see the Montgo and the lighthouse point, and overlook the tennis courts below. It was clean and tidy with a comfortable double bed, spare sheets and towels were provided and drying is in the apartment courtesy of an airer. I noticed washing lines outside at the end of the block, but you will need pegs for larger items such as sheets. There are Lavanderias in easy walking distance. This is a small bijou apartment in a great location, ideal for a couple, but with a bed settee could cater for more, however that might be a little cramped. The private and secure parking with a dedicated space was a real bonus.
We did have a number of occasions when the electric tripped, usually linked to using the washing machine and Air Con at the same time, it was easily reset on the fusebox and didn't cause us any long term issues, sensitive breaker I guess. Overall no other issues on our stay
