Great locations, facilities and staff. It’s a bit of walking from the Shinjuku station, but you’re right in the shopping area. The staff is extremely thoughtful and helpful to our needs, we’re really happy for the service received at this place

One of the most comfortable beds on my whole trip. I wish I stayed here at the beginning. The location is great, right next to golden gai. It can be loud at night so just know that going in. I wanted to be close to Golden Gai and I got that. You have your own washer/dryer machine, which is huge benefit! I had to pay to do my laundry at my previous spot in Kyoto. This was spacious and clean. I will seek this spot next time I'm in Tokyo.
I personally got a bit confused on the check in. I was sent an email with I think my door code. But there is a separate check in code which was in a different email. I got confused and frustrated, but I don't blame that on the host, so much as my capacity at the time and not seeing the new email with the check in code.
