Ich bin bereits das zweite Mal hier gewesen, zuletzt im Januar/Februar 2026 für vier Wochen. Die Lage ist gut, zu Fuß ist es ungefähr die gleiche Entfernung nach Gueliz wie in die Medina. Der Bereich der Wohnanlage, in dem sich dieses Apartment befindet, ist sehr ruhig, den Verkehr hört man überhaupt nicht. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.
Der Internetdownload zum Arbeiten oder Streamen war nach wie vor sehr langsam.

Très bien situé pour le jardin majorelle ! Service taxi très proche, moins cher si on sort de la rue, à 100m. Cuisine bien équipée, appartement silencieux. Gardien parking très gentil et accueillant
Couchage un peu creux mais correct. Mur en moellons très moche juste en face des fenêtres. Ascenseur avec empreinte digitale…pas pratique quand on arrive le soir avec ses bagages et surtout inutile car il y a des gardiens aux entrées ! Aucun mode d’emploi pour la télé et piles à plat de la télécommande.

The staff at the entrance was great, they helped us find the apartment. The apartment had everything we needed and was spacious. The host was great to communicate with. When we had an issue getting into the apartment with the code, there was an alternative method, handled quickly. Plenty of blankets and extra sheets, comfy bedding. We were grateful for the heaters as we were there when it got unexpectedly cold. The apartment was quiet facing the courtyard and pool area, which was surprising given the location and the business of the main street entrance. The complex is in a fantastic location. Good restaurants on the block.
I would have liked to know our "view" was a brick wall. The shower was a bit tricky to not get water everywhere. Had to use the stairs as it wasn't easy to get the fingerprint access to the elevator. The remote for the air didn't work and the temperature register did not work. The temperature was fine however.

Ich habe vier Wochen im Januar/Februar 2026 im Apartment in diesem ruhigen Teil der Wohnanlage verbracht. Induktionsheizgeräte und Decken haben mich über die kalte Jahreszeit gebracht. Der Vermieter hat schnell reagiert, wenn es etwas zu regeln gab. Im Apartment ist alles vorhanden, was man gewöhnlich benötigt.
Das WLAN könnte schneller sein.
