Die Lage und Distanz zum hervorragenden Restaurant am See ist in 5 min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Für eine Nacht und zu Durchreise sehr zu empfehlen. Preis/Leistung passt.

Toiletten Papier war leider vergessen worden.

Had three nights at Monkey Hotel and Residence, so we could attend the King Narai festival in the city. It is in a maze of streets but we found it ok with Google Maps, it was daytime though. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was huge and very comfortable, and had a power point on one side. The shower is hot and good enough. Better than many! There is a microwave and seating in the lobby if you brought food back, and a fridge, sink and a few utensils in the room, plus a small balcony. The staff spoke very little English but we got by, they were friendly and helpful. We had no issues checking in, lady was efficient. There is a 300THB deposit. Would stay here again.

There is no lift here. Not a problem, just informing. There was no hand soap in the bathroom.

Comfortable rooms, had a Triple room which has 1 single and 1 double bed. I prefer that over the terrible extra beds they set up in rooms. With the triple room everything comes in 3. 3 glasses, 3 bottles of water, 3 towels, etc. At other places we have to ask for extra even if we booked for 3 and paid extra. This is more convenient. The beds and Pillows were very comfortable. The lobby is clean and inviting.

I think the check-in could be better. The staff couldn't find my booking with my ID card, booking platform and booking number. Even not with the confirmation email I showed. She kept scrolling for a very long time and ended up asking me to check my name myself. Initially I thought it was because of my foreign name, but then I saw the same thing happening to Thai families checking in after us. She was very friendly though, so I think just making the check-in system more efficient will be sufficient to improvement
