A very spacious apartment with many amenities. Two bathrooms, a very modern kitchen, two bedrooms, great attention to detail in the decor, and a spacious balcony overlooking many backyards. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Excellent parking spot. Plenty of closet space. Virtually all the windows have exterior roller shades, allowing you to make the bedrooms as light or as dark as you like.
