We had a wonderful stay in this holiday apartment and would highly recommend it. The location is one of its biggest advantages: it is close to the beach and perfectly situated for exploring Tuscany’s main attractions. Pisa, Florence, Siena, and even Cinque Terre are easily reachable by car or public transport, making it a great base for both sightseeing and relaxing by the sea. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, very well equipped, and even more spacious than it appears in the photos. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood, with many amenities nearby, including small shops, local markets, restaurants, archaeological sites, train station and bus stops for exploring the area. The pool was a real highlight of our stay: clean, well maintained, and very pleasant, with comfortable sunbeds which have sun protection included. A special mention goes to the host, who was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful. He was always responsive by message and also available in person whenever needed, providing useful local advice and making us feel truly welcomed. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily return. A great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable stay combining beach time, relaxation, and easy access to Tuscany’s beautiful destinations.

For larger grocery shopping, a car, taxi, or public transport is recommended, as the main supermarkets are around 15 minutes drive away. The best local restaurants are accessible on foot, although some require a short walk — which is actually a nice opportunity to discover the area and create a little extra appetite before dinner so that you can enjoy more dishes without feeling guilty! Also, as the apartment is in a quiet area, the nearby train can occasionally be heard during very quiet moments, but it did not affect our comfort or enjoyment of the stay.

Die Ausstattung und die gesamte Anlage

Sehr nah an der Autobahn und zu wenig Möglichkeiten vor Ort essen zu gehen.

War sehr sauber, ruhig und freundlicher Bersitzer!
