Incredibly beautiful townhome with ample space for multiple families to vacation together! Nice, quiet location on the intracoastal canal with a short walk to the beach and easy access to everything Clearwater Beach has to offer. The property was nicely equipped with all necessary appliances and remained very peaceful and comfortable due to the solid construction of the units. We loved the balcony access and enjoyed spending time out there having breakfast, morning coffee or ending the day together.24/7 security was present making you feel comfortable throughout your stay. We did find the neighborhood to be very safe and comfortable. We walked everywhere, so it was nice to have the beach cart, amenities like towels/chairs and the garage to keep the vehicles cool and protected throughout the day. Close to the pier and easy access on/off the beach to the mainland. It does seem that this is a new listing. Would recommend ceiling fans or side table fans in the bedrooms as they did get very warm at night. We could also have used a few more pots/pans, but overall, just a very peaceful, welcoming location!

Beautiful home and area Host was easy to work with. Walked too most places. Beach was beautiful

Excellent location, very clean. Perfect for our extended family’s (8 people) Christmas/New Year’s trip. Highly recommend!
