You'll find a kayak on site at this beach cottage. Jump into your car and make short work of the 27-minute drive to The Villages Market Square or the 9-minute drive to Lake Weir (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime).
After you return, you can unwind in the garden or sip a drink on the balcony. For a change of scenery, come inside and enjoy the free WiFi, TV, and DVD player.
This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom rental features a BBQ grill, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and a dishwasher, as well as a microwave, cookware, and a blender. And you can even pack a bit lighter because there's a washer and dryer.

We’ve stayed here several times and will definitely stay again. The house is always clean, comfortable and stocked with necessities & more. So many activities available (lake, boat, canoes, paddle board, hot tub, fire pit, game room, corn hole and more). We don’t bring pets but it is pet friendly. The host, Dave, is awesome! Friendly, quick to communicate and very easy to work with. He’s on top of everything! The area is so peaceful and neighbors are friendly but private. Plenty of parking space and areas to walk if looking for exercise. Can’t say enough good things about it! Thanks for another great stay!!
