* In addition to condo association forms, a rental agreement with NextHome Beach Time Realty must be signed before confirming the reservation.
Rental Information:
* Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator available)
* Fully stocked kitchen including coffee maker, blender, toaster, mixer, cookware, dishes, and cutlery
* Linens, towels, bedding, and pillows provided
* Welcome basket featuring snacks, discounts, and essential starter supplies (paper products and necessities)
* Assigned parking for one vehicle
* Professionally cleaned and sanitized prior to arrival
* Simple, convenient check-in and check-out process
* Access to community pool (note: pool is not heated and closed January through March)
* Just steps from St. Pete Beach access
* On-site coin laundry facilities available
* Walking distance to Publix Grocery Store, as well as various shops and restaurants
Important Information:
* Beach chairs are not guaranteed; however, some guests or owners leave them behind for future guest use.
* Minimum age requirement of 25+ to book this unit

The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

A large 70s era 2 bedroom condo;close to the beach and all ammenities. The property is clean and well looked after.

This is an older 2nd floor condo that meet our needs. Walking distance to the beach and stores. Close parking to unit. Heated Pool was opened earlier than expected. The windows, screens, and blinds are showing signs of aging and at times difficult to open and close securely. But overall it was a pleasant stay.
