NEW LISTING-This two-bedroom, two-bath condo is located in Fort Morgan, Alabama at The Plantation. NEW GRANITE countertops installed in Kitchen & bathrooms. COMPLETELY REPAINTED.
The master bedroom features a queen bed, private balcony access and a master bathroom with new walk in shower. The second bedroom has a twin bed and full bed and its own full bath. If you are accommodating more than four guests, linens are available for the sleeper sofa in the living room.
You’ll also enjoy a full kitchen with all the amenities you need to cook for a crowd. In the living area, you’ll find a second exit to the balcony that overlooks the Gulf and is the perfect spot to watch a coastal sunset.
We have reserved two beach chairs & umbrella for use during your stay in our condo.
On the property, there are eight pools (including one indoor and one kiddie pool), several outdoor and indoor hot tubs, a steam room, saunas, an exercise room, a putting green and tennis courts. Grills are located throughout the property. Beach access is just steps from the condo elevator.
The Sassy Bass, a full-service restaurant, recently opened in the beachside lobby of our building.
Washers & Dryers are available on the ground floor. They're coin operated or credit card.
Kiva Dunes golf course is next door. They also have an onsite restaurant that is within walking distance from the condo.

Excellent location! Condo was clean—found an empty bottle under a nightstand and needed a new shower curtain liner—but overall VERY clean and maintained. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. We especially enjoyed the convenience of the 2 beach chairs and umbrella service!

Delightful place by the ocean. Extras with the indoor pool and drying rack, which impressed us. Beautiful kitchen full of kitchen supplies. Easy to travel to since it is close to the Ferry ride, an adventure in itself. We plan to stay again there soon.

First time staying in Fort Morgan and we loved it! It’s peaceful and away from the busy Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area. The beach wasn’t crowded at all—you’re not on top of other people. Condo location was perfect and secluded, but close to everything. Jessie’s on the Bay and Sassy Bass are right there. Dollar General is just down the road, and Walmart delivers to the resort!We had breakfast daily at Kiva Resort next door and took Ubers when we wanted to head into town. Loved our early morning beach walks—we saw stingrays and crabs! The area was quiet, family-friendly, and clean. No loud music or nonsense. The resort has tons of pools, tennis courts, grills, and 24/7 gated security, which we really appreciated.The condo itself was great for our family of 3. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, walk-in shower, two balconies (one off the master), cold A/C, fresh linens, basic kitchen supplies, and even beach chairs and umbrellas included. Super easy to access with a code—no keys—and plenty of luggage carts made move-in simple. Never had to wait on an elevator!Only downsides mattress in the master needs replacing (my husband fell off when the edge collapsed), and parking is 35 per vehicle with a 2-car max—this should be listed more clearly. My family that lives here couldn’t visit. Also, for the cleaning fee, some areas (like baseboards/shower track) could have been cleaner (little clean freak over here). We’d definitely return!

The unit itself was lovely and as described. However, with only one elevator in working order for a 9 story building, the unit was not easily accessible. Additionally, this year is the first in 5 years that we had to pay for parking, and it was 40 per car. The beach view is also an indirect view from the unit, but you get a front row seat to the broken down tennis court and other condos. All in all, lovely unit and host in the wrong building in the property. Come prepared for stairs.
