The Unit allows for FREE Street Parking, and has a Washer & Dryer available! It is steps away from the vibrant town and scenic wonders of Acadia National Park which makes Blueberry Hill a very popular destination!

Guests have access to the entire unit as well as the deck. The backyard and grass areas are strictly off limits as we do not own that land.
With our guest`s privacy being of the utmost importance, we have established a contactless self check-in process. We will send you detailed instructions on how to access the home at the time of the reservation.

-There is a small 3ft x 4ft mudroom that is shared between the upstairs and downstairs units
-Pack N Play, High Chair, and Stroller are available at an extra cost. If interested please send us a message to learn more!
Permit #: VR1R26-048
-Please note that you must be out of the Unit by 10:15AM the LATEST. You will receive a $150 fee if you are out of the unit later than 10:15AM and will be charged an additional $50 for every 15minute interval that you are late after that. We have had problems with guests leaving late in the past and need to make sure that our cleaning team has enough time to properly clean the unit before the next guests arrive.
-No pets are allowed in the unit. You will be charged a $400 Pet Fee if you are caught with a pet in the unit
-No parties or events are allowed in the unit. You will immediately be kicked out of the unit if you hold an event at the unit and will be charged a $1,000 fee

Great location, walked everywhere in Bar Harbor from here. Bed is comfy, bathroom nice, kitchen stocked, and even loving room space to chill. Walls are thin though, we could hear every step of our neighbors above if they were heavy footed. We would definitely consider booking here again though.

Very small place which is fine. It was just myself and my fiancé. But the dehumidifier (which had to run 24/7) was very loud and located in the middle of the kitchen/family room. It was difficult to have a conversation or watch TV without blasting the volume. The heater was in the living room which we were able to keep warm, but the bedroom didn’t have any direct heat source so it was very cold. The WiFi didn’t work initially, but on day 2 the PM was able to get us the password to the neighbors WiFi which worked. We did have to park on the street even though there was a driveway, but since it’s the offseason that wasn’t an issue. All in all it was OK. Definitely overpriced with the WiFi and dehumidifier issues, but it was clean and relatively comfortable.
