The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with a full-sized double oven, two full-size dishwashers, a large farmhouse sink, a five-burner gas cooktop, and two refrigerators (one in the garage). The open and welcoming floor plan ensures a comfortable living space, and the bedrooms are designed to offer quiet and private retreats.
Outdoor amenities enhance the overall experience, including three outdoor fire features, an outdoor gas grill, and covered patios for both the Main Floor and Walkout Basement. We enjoyed our time at this location it was great place for a family reunion. Plenty of activities for all ages, we enjoyed the hiking at Zion and Snow Canyon. . The home was large enough for all of us to spread out. The pool area was a bit small so if there are several families there weren’t a lot of seating. The golf course looked beautiful unfortunately we did not play but hopefully next time. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could need. Having the restaurant close by was nice to grab a quick bite to bring home. We all loved the home and would definitely recommend it to friends! Thank you for sharing your home.

Super well appointed house with tons of kitchenware. Two dishwashers, two fridges, plenty of pots, pans, dishes and glassware. Comfortable beds. Located on 1st tee ofThe Ledges golf course. Great communication with The Ledges team regarding check-in and check-out.

Our family of 12 loved this property. It is beautifully furnished with everything you could possibly want. The rooms were large with lots of natural light. It is a great property. However, I don't believe the property management is doing the owner any favors. It took 24 hours and lots of calls to get them to send someone qualified to fix the non-working air conditioning--this in 110 degree heat. they kept saying, "just wait a few hours" when we told them it was blowing hot air. There are a lot of dust on furniture and cobwebs around the place, this despite paying an extra $250 for "cleaning". The patio furniture had bird poop all over it and obviously had not been cleaned before we arrived. If I were the owner, I would be unhappy that I was paying a management company to provide such poor service to my customers.
