Come enjoy the serenity of our cottage! It is tucked in the maritime forest with lots of privacy but convenient to all the islands amenities. Our community has a pool for your enjoyment and less than a 2 min golf cart ride to the beach! We have an open floor plan with the master and guest bedrooms downstairs and an additional private bedroom upstairs. The kitchen has been recently updated with new appliances. We have a great sunroom, screened in porch, and wrap around deck that is perfect for outdoor entertaining. We have 2- 4 passenger golf carts and a Lifestyle Temporary membership to the BHI club can be purchased separately. This home is pet friendly. Please note that we do charge a $350 plus tax pet fee that is non-refundable.

This house is conveniently located in a quiet area between the beach and the Maritime Market/shops, and comes stocked with nice golf carts to get you around the island. We enjoyed the layout of the house and found it to be very well kept and tidy throughout. It had a pack n play for our baby, as well as a crib and high chair. There is a nice community pool just steps away from the house, which was a great amenity as well. We would stay here again.

This was a beautiful home tucked in the woods in Ibis Roost Cottages. It really had a private feel to it and was beautifully decorated inside. It was great having a bathroom for each bedroom and the upstairs room was much bigger than you can see in the pictures. We have stayed at many different locations on the island through the years and this was one of our favorites....the house and the location! And the golf carts were probably the best we have had in our years of coming which really add to the experience of your time at BHI. Highly recommend this home for families or couples.
