The views are breathtaking from Persimmon Hill! The azure color of the sky and lake tend to blend into one another. With quality living, luxury, and tranquility in mind, all of your worries will fade away. There is something for everyone here.
A spacious 4,300 square feet, Persimmon Hill accommodates 26 on three open and expertly decorated floors. Windows are everywhere allowing for the outside to come inside. Whether you are looking at the Caribbean of Rockies or watching a thunderstorm move swiftly across the lake you will find peace and comfort in every square foot of our home. The extra-large kitchen has large groups in mind. Two commercial grade refrigerator/freezers and 6 burner Thor gas range will allow you to feed everyone with ease. Everything you need is here, from appliances, kitchenware, cutlery, cookware! Your culinary master pieces can be created on our Black Stone griddle or use our Weber gas grill. Cleanup will be a snap with double dishwashers and lots of beautiful cupboards right at your fingertips.
There is something for everyone here, including ping pong, billiards, indoor basketball, and TV. You will have access to stream your favorite shows on Netflix or Amazon Prime in the evening one of our TVs. If a quiet place is something you crave, there is a place for that too. The kid in everyone needs to roast a marshmallow or two-use our gas firepit and watch the beautiful glow of the setting sun to relax you from your day of fun. Watch time pass while soaking in our 7 person hot tub looking at the different colestations that summer night sky offers you. While you recharge your battery by relaxing at our home, you can use our EV 220 volt charging station.

The host was accommodating and responded quickly. The home was GREAT! It was clean and had very well equipped with any kitchen essentials for cooking. Probably the best stocked home with kitchen supplies that I have visited through my VRBO rentals. The view of Bear Lake from the home was the best part of the home. My only suggestion would be placing a T.V in the front room or add t.v.s in the rooms with single beds. I would definitely return to rhis home.

The property was so great. Very clean. Parking was plentiful. Close to our activities. Weather was great in October so we played outside a lot in the sport court. Basketball and pickleball. All equipment was provided. The kitchen was so great! Plenty of seating for our group of 21.

Stayed here last October with only 6 people and it was the perfect place. Came back this year for Labor Day with almost a full house and it was the perfect place again! Everyone in our group loved it and had a great time. Lots of amenities to keep everyone happy...pickle ball, basketball, pool, ping pong, foosball, etc. and plenty of places to sit and relax both inside and out. The view is awesome and the neighborhood is super quiet. The hosts are on top of it! Great communication leading up to and during the stay. Would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. It was comfortable and had a great view. Our favorite amenities were the pickleball court and the hot tub. We also loved all the outdoor furniture around the deck, for visiting and taking in the great view.
