Bedroom 1: A comfortable bedroom featuring a king-size bed for a restful night’s sleep.

Bedroom 2: A cosy bunk room, ideal for children or additional guests.

Shower Room: Includes a shower cubicle and toilet for added convenience.

First Floor
Upstairs, you’ll find additional beautifully furnished bedrooms and bathroom facilities:

Bedroom 3: A spacious room with a king-size bed, perfect for unwinding after a day on the fells.

Bedroom 4: A twin room with two single beds, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for your group.

Logs for the wood burner are available locally, and we provide a cot and highchair for young families.

There is a further garden area leading down to the river, children and dogs should be supervised at all times. Private parking for up to three cars in the drive.

This fantastic location is perfect for nature lovers, with a variety of scenic walks and cycle paths right on your doorstep. Though Ambleside is nearby, we recommend driving due to the lack of a footpath along the road. For those up for a scenic adventure, a walking path over Loughrigg Fell offers stunning views and leads directly to Ambleside, starting from just across the road.

Self Check-in:

To make your arrival as smooth as possible, we provide self check-in. You`ll find a key safe located by the door, and we`ll provide detailed instructions on retrieving the keys before your stay. This way, you can effortlessly check in at your convenience.

•Two well-trained dogs are welcome at this property for an additional charge. Dogs visiting the property should be kept off all furniture, downstairs and never left unattended. We also kindly ask that you make sure that you pick up after you dog also, thank you.

•Pets and children should not be left unattended in the garden due to the proximity to the deep river.
