This light and spacious ground floor apartment is only a short walk from the town centre of Salcombe.. 1 step to entrance.

Bedroom 2: (3 Steps), Kingsize (5ft) Bed, Single (3ft) Bed
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Enclosed garden with patio, BBQ and garden furniture. Private parking for 1 car; additional on road parking. No smoking.. A spacious and light ground floor apartment which has been tastefully decorated, comfortably furnished and equipped to a good standard. The apartment has the benefit of a private south-facing patio, but also guests have the bonus of using the enclosed communal garden with the other three apartments. The property is within walking distance of the town centre, close to a convenience store and has off street parking for one large car.

Very handy with dogs, gated patio area , leading to shared garden lawn and shrubs.
Steep walk back up to property from Salcombe centre made hard work after being out for evening.
Salcombe and area very dog friendly, most places to eat were happy with dogs so made being out pleasant.
Beautiful local beaches and coves, check which allow dogs during summer season, South Milton sands great. Lovely walks with views abound!
