A lovely house with a lot of room to gather as a family.
We would rent again when we come back to Sunriver
another year.

We had a fine stay at this home. It’s well located and has a good floor plan for a group. However it is extremely outdated and has some drawbacks. Here is my impression:
Pros:
Good location, good floor plan and sleeping arrangements, responsive host (we notified them that 3 of the 5 bikes were broken and they brought new ones over quickly), clean, relatively affordable.
Cons:
Very outdated, deck felt borderline unsafe - loose boards and nails sticking out, no shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash provided, only a couple of bars of soap, no starter pack of coffee provided, no hair dryers, beds were extremely soft (to me that’s a con)
Management company was very responsive and the place was clean, but it felt “cheap” to not provide anything other than a couple bars of soap. I’ve stayed in many, many vacation rentals and that was a first for me.
Overall, a fine stay in a good location. Would I stay there again? No, I wouldn’t.
