Situated in prime west LA, this modern, 1st floor 1 bedroom apartment is ideal for anyone looking to be close to the beach and enjoy the west side lifestyle. The bedroom has a double bed. The unit is fully furnished and has all the essentials. All you need to bring is a toothbrush and a change of clothing! Also included is high speed wireless internet. Building has an onsite laundry room. Street parking is available for this unit.

The place was clean, quiet, secure, and conveniently located, with consistent street parking available; I felt quite at home for the duration of my extended stay. Would stay there again. A+++++

The apartment is nice and well maintained except the heater did not work, making for some cold nights. Neighborhood is a bit sketchy mostly due to the adjacent apartments which are separated by a wall. Hosts were easy to deal with. Parking on the street was tight and beware of Tuesday street washing day. I got two parking tickets within a single 3 hour window.

Super easy check in process.No air conditioning, fine for March but April thru Oct are going to be awful in that place.No lights in the bedroom other than a couple lamps on bedside tables.No paper towels in the kitchen upon arrival.The pots and pans are definitely the cheapest available.If you pay attention to some of the details, this would be a much better place to stay. It was fine for what it was but, needs a lot to be considered a 'good' vrbo experience.
