One Free parking spot included per unit. Guest parking available upon request. There is a pack n' play & a highchair for little ones. Being able to climb stairs is a must. There is NO elevator there.

This condo is located on the Second level (2nd floor, because ground floor is parking) and being able to climb stairs is a must. There is no elevator. Please note, Florida has a lot of different types of possible annoyances (or features!) that are out of our control- Like excessive seaweed, red-tide, Lovebug season, mosquitoes, bugs, etc. Please have patience & understanding for any possible issues we have to work through. I will always do my best to make your trip the best it can be! If there is anything that I'm aware of before your stay, I will certainly let you know ahead of time.
