Welcome to Akers of Fun, a spacious and luxurious 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom beach retreat in Seacrest Beach on scenic 30A. Perfectly located between Rosemary and Alys Beach, this gated home offers comfort, privacy, walkable access to restaurants and shopping, a seasonally heated community pool, and private beach access with tram service. With room for up to 12 guests, it's ideal for large families or groups.

Upstairs, you’ll find two beautiful king suites on the second floor - each with en suite bath - plus a fun-filled bunkroom featuring two twin-over-twin bunks that the kids will absolutely love. On the third floor, there’s another spacious king bedroom with a private bathroom nearby, It’s the ultimate retreat for rest and play with stylish coastal décor, multiple lounging areas including a third-floor media room, and outdoor seating on the deck, this home is made for making memories together.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Must be 25 years old to book and stay at the property during entire reservation period

- No pets

- Just a quick heads-up: once you book we'll be using our nifty guest messaging platform for all our chit-chats, so keep an eye on your text for messages from our 850 phone number.
