• No street or red-zone parking; vehicles must remain in the driveway
• Boats, trailers, RVs, and buses are not permitted—towing is enforced

• Starter Supplies: One-night supply provided; bring extras for longer stays

• Pest Control: Regular professional service is maintained, though coastal insects may appear
• Security: A valid credit card is required prior to arrival in lieu of a security deposit

Construction is an ongoing part of life in Port Aransas. While we strive to ensure your stay is as peaceful and enjoyable as possible, you may encounter nearby construction, building projects, road work, or other community improvements during your visit. These activities are outside of New Wave Vacation Rentals` control.
We appreciate your understanding as our community continues to grow and improve. Construction-related noise, dust, traffic, or temporary inconveniences are not eligible for refunds, credits, or other compensation.
VILLAGE WALK
1. Minimum age of 25 is mandatory for property rental.
2. Upon confirming your reservation, we`ll email you a rental contract outlining our policies, rules, and expectations. Please review and sign it before your arrival to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.
3. Parties or events are not permitted.
4. 2 parking space on the property, New Wave will supply parking tags that should be visibly placed on the windshield.
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
- Pool hours: 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Pets are prohibited in swimming pool areas.
5. Two pets maximum.
