THINGS TO KNOW
*The village pool is heated in the winter, but we do not control when it's heated or not. The HOA is in control of heating the pool and the pool maintenance.
*Parking notes: No passes or codes are required. There are also no RVs, boats, or trailer parking permitted.
*An outdoor shower for rinsing sand off is located on the side of the garage.
*Parking is available in the driveway only and for 2-3 vehicles. Please note that boats, trailers, and RV's are NOT permitted. Street parking is not allowed.
A few reminders for your trip:
- A minimum set of basic toiletries are provided
-We suggest you bring additional toiletries for your stay
-One towel, one washcloth, one hand towel are provided per guest.
-While all of our homes do have internet, it can't be guaranteed. If your internet were to go out, you would need to plan on using a mobile hotspot or another option for your wifi needs.
-Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
-Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep
watch on this.

*No smoking
*Starter supply of soaps, toilet paper, paper towel, and trash bag provided only.
*Any disorderly conduct on or off the property may lead to eviction
*Must sign a rental agreement to book

*Please be sure to follow this home's pet policy-get any exceptions approved prior to booking. $150 fee up to 2 dogs, 50 lb max each and crated if home alone.

The house was very very very clean. The house was spacious enough for 8 adults and 6 kids. The pool was amazing so we didnt have to leave the house to swim. If we needed anything, we just had to text the owner and he would respond right away. Would definitely stay here again.

5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms!!! Excellent!Having the golf carts and a pool was well worth the stay! Needs more pots, pans and bowls etc.. is needed!Also, more dish towels and dish rags!The beds were awesome!!

The house was spotless and exactly as described, with all amenities working perfectly. Beds and furniture were high-quality, and the space easily accommodated our group of 14. The location was ideal—close to the pool and a short walk to the beach. We loved the private backyard pool, which became the highlight of our stay. The atmosphere was peaceful, and communication with the property team was clear and responsive. Check-in and check-out were effortless. Great value—I’d absolutely recommend this home and stay again.
