Ski in the morning, golf in the afternoon — or the other way around. This single-level 3-bedroom, 3-bath home in the Fairways sits right on the golf course with stunning mountain views, an indoor fireplace, and room for 8 to spread out. One floor, no stairs, easy everything.
The Space:
Single-level living across 2,300 square feet: an open first-floor plan with a well-equipped kitchen (gas range, ready for gourmet meal prep), dining, and living areas with views from every room. Three bedrooms with plush bedding, including a bunk room for the kids. The living area's fireplace, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and a washer and dryer cover the essentials. Pets are allowed with prior approval.
Guest Access:
The great room and kitchen comfortably host gatherings of up to 8. Golf course frontage, mountain views, and a BBQ grill — built for snowfall getaways, golf weekends, scenic hikes, and lake time.
The Neighborhood:
The Fairways in Eden — a golf-course community where the fairways are the front yard. Wolf Creek Golf Course is at your door; Powder Mountain is about 10 minutes, Snowbasin about 20, Pineview Reservoir and Huntsville about 10. Nordic Valley about 10; downtown Ogden about 25.
Getting Around:
A car is recommended, with free parking at the house. The winter ski shuttle to Powder Mountain stops nearby. Salt Lake City International Airport is about an hour away.

Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 11:00 AM. No parties or events; no smoking anywhere on the property; quiet hours may apply. Fully equipped kitchen with the basics, luxury linens, washer/dryer with detergent, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, ski/snowboard storage. Safety: exterior security cameras, smoke and CO alarms, first aid kit. Also offered for seasonal and long-term rental — ask us for details.
