This property was fantastic. We were in town for our grandson's baseball tournament, and to visit family who live locally also. Everything was perfect! We'll be back!

We had an amazing stay at this condo in Orange Beach! The unit was clean, very comfortable, and had everything our family of five needed. The highlight for me was definitely the balcony — being on the 9th floor gave us a gorgeous view of the ocean, and the seating out there was perfect. I found myself out there every chance I got, whether it was for morning coffee or winding down in the evening watching the pelicans fly by.The location is fantastic — it’s right on the beach with the softest sand, and we loved how close it was to local attractions. Adventure Island and a souvenir shop were within walking distance, and it was just a short drive to great restaurants and The Wharf. The Seaside Beach and Racquet Club itself had so much to offer: two outdoor pools, an indoor pool, tennis and pickleball courts — plenty to keep everyone entertained. Inside the condo, we really appreciated having a washer and dryer, and it was nice that a few starter items were provided to kick off our stay. The sleeping arrangements worked great for our family — the kids were obsessed with the bunk bed and trundle setup, and having three large TVs made relaxing after a beach day even better. The host was responsive and clearly wanted to make sure everything went smoothly. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing beach vacation!

We checked in at 4pm and immediately noticed it wasn’t very clean, the ice bin was dirty, one of the chairs on the balcony was completely broken and the kitchen was missing essential items. We immediately messaged through the vrbo and got no response. We were able to reach someone by phone but no one came out to handled. It took 2 more calls the next day before someone finally came out, in the meantime we discovered one kitchen table chair was totally broken when my husband tried to sit and fell over due. The people who came out fixed everything and seemed shocked by the state of things but no one ever reached out to rectify with us or apologize. They also brought more kitchen essentials and dishes but left for us to wash. Aside from the great location, I would not recommend. Nor would I recommend any property managed by Bella Beach as their office hours end at 4pm despite 3pm check-in times, so basically any problems won’t be handled until the next day and even then it is not done with any urgency. We did eventually get the 1st night refunded but only after us asking.
