Welcome to Laguna Village Getaway by AvantStay—Keeper Red & Keeper Trout! These 2 homes are all located right across from each other, with a combined total of 12 bedrooms, sleeping 31 guests—an ideal option for family trips or groups looking to spread out.
Keeper Red has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, sleeping 16 guests. The primary bedroom offers a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 each feature a queen bed, while Bedrooms 5 and 6 each have a full-over-queen bunk bed.
Keeper Trout has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, sleeping 15 guests. The primary bedroom offers a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 each feature a queen bed. Bedroom 5 has twin-over-full bunk bed, while Bedroom 6 has a full-over-full bunk bed.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

We had an overall good stay and the homes worked well for our group. The layout and space met our needs, and everything functioned as expected.A few things to note for future guests…these homes are located near a very busy road, so there is noticeable traffic noise, especially at night. Light sleepers may want to plan accordingly. We also typically see beach essentials like chairs provided in similar beach-area rentals, so that would have been a nice addition. Additionally, we did need to rewash some of the dishes and silverware upon arrival before using them.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciate the accommodations, but these are a few areas that could make the experience even better. We would not rent again.
