Welcome to your private mountain escape on the shores of Shadow Mountain Lake in Grand Lake, Colorado. This luxurious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath chalet is a serene sanctuary in every season — but it shines especially bright in winter, when snow blankets the mountains and the lake sparkles with ice.
Designed for families and friends who appreciate both comfort and adventure, this elegant lakefront home features two spacious living areas, two stone fireplaces, and over 1,200 sq. ft. of outdoor deck space with sweeping lake and mountain views.
Step inside and feel immediately at home. The main living room offers plush furniture, a grand fireplace, and soaring windows that bring the mountains right to your doorstep. The gourmet kitchen is equipped for any chef — complete with a large island, premium appliances, and plenty of space for preparing and sharing meals together. Enjoy your Coffee bar with your first morning complimentary welcome coffee package to start your day.
Bedrooms & Baths
Main Level Bedroom Suite: King bed, private patio doors with lake view, and private 5 piece bathroom suite with jetted tub.
Loft Bedroom: Queen bed + log bunk (full/twin), private bath — ideal for kids or teens.
South Bedroom on lower level : King bed, peaceful forest and lake view with direct deck access
North Bedroom on lower level: King bed, connected to full bath with lake view and direct fitness deck access.
With three king suites, a queen, and bunk space, the home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. Thoughtfully designed for extended family stays, every room offers plush bedding, quality linens, and a restful, private retreat. We even have two dog beds ready for you.

We are a family of nine with ages ranging from 10-75. We booked this property to be on the water and it did not disappoint. We had a few questions when we arrived and the host was very prompt in responding to all of our needs. There was nothing that this property lacked!

Amazing experience! My friends and I stayed at the house in January and went on a Ski trip. The hosts were helpful when needed, and the house itself was beautiful and in the best condition. There was access to a hot cocoa bar, popcorn, and the cutest bedrooms. The town was a lot of fun; we went shopping, had some dinners there, and overall had an amazing stay. I would 100% recommend this house; we had a blast!

Lovely home right on the lake. Not too far from town but nice and private. The bedroom layout worked great with privacy for everyone. Also loved the second living room area on the ground floors. Will definitely be back.
