Just steps from Babe’s Beach, this bright coastal retreat sleeps 4 and features a private balcony, Roku TVs, WiFi, full kitchen, heated pool, and hot tub. Minutes to Historic Downtown, The Strand, Moody Gardens, and the Seawall. Perfect for couples or small families seeking a relaxing beachfront escape.
You will need to check-in at the front desk upon your arrival. Their office is open 7 days a week. They will register your group, issue pool bands, and provide you with a parking permit. The current rate is $25 per vehicle per 7 days. There is a max of 2 vehicles per reservation per HOA rules. This fee is paid directly to Casa Del Mar for use of their amenities. This fee is subject to change, and we assume no liability.
You will have access to the condo and shared Casa Del Mar amenities.

Recently renovated bathroom with a beautifully tiled tub/shower combo.

The minimum age to rent our property is 25 years old.

This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be asked to purchase a damage waiver via third party provider Truvi, which will protect you in case of accidental damage during your stay. The cost of the damage waiver is $35.

Wonderful stay and location. Quiet and clean. Many convenient restaurant and shopping options within walking distance. We loved the bar on the pier across the street—so fun to sit, relax, and watch others fish. Ubering was very easy for us to go longer distances like to the strand and the harbor. Our only complaint would be that the hot tub was not working. It was the same temperature as the pool. That was especially disappointing as we had selectively filtered our search for a place to stay with a hot tub. Other than that, excellent stay that we would do again.

Perfect condo for 2 adults/ 2 kids. Super clean, comfy, nice linens and well equipped kitchen. Property is beautifully maintained: two nice, clean pools, same floor laundry facilities, and easy minutes walk to the beach. Walking distance to Walmart and grocery. Will definitely stay again.
