Welcome to our cozy and inviting loft apartment, perfectly situated near the heart of downtown Muskegon. Located in a historic two-unit home built in 1920, this upper-level studio offers a nostalgic ambiance with vintage Muskegon photography and a stunning view of Muskegon Lake. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, this is the perfect base for exploring all that Muskegon has to offer.
Prime Location Highlights
Walkable: Just a short stroll to Heritage Landing and downtown Muskegon.
Beach Access: A quick drive to Pere Marquette Beach.
Entertainment & Dining: Walk to breweries, restaurants, bars, the hockey arena, and more.
Apartment Features
Private Upper Unit: Located on the second floor of a two-unit home. While the building is shared, your space is completely private.
Lake Views: Enjoy beautiful views of Muskegon Lake right from your window.
Comfortable Layout: Best suited for a couple or solo traveler, but can accommodate up to 4 guests. The loveseat includes a fold-out full-size bed.
Studio Style: Please note this is a studio apartment with no separate bedroom.
Important Information
Not Toddler-Friendly: Due to the stairs, this unit is not suitable for toddlers.
Quiet Environment: We cater to couples and solo travelers seeking a peaceful stay. The unit shares walls with others, so we ask all guests to be mindful of noise.
Registered Guests Only: We have a strict policy—only registered guests are allowed on the property. This helps us maintain a quiet, respectful environment for our neighbors and guests. Violations may result in additional charges or cancellation of your stay.
Neighborhood Notes
This is a quiet urban neighborhood with long-term residents. While the area is improving and downtown Muskegon is seeing exciting investment, some surrounding streets may show signs of wear. We’ve never had any safety issues, but as with any city location, we recommend locking doors at night.

Simple studio for one or two people. Stairs to climb to 2nd floor, but AC kept it cool and it was nice and quiet at night. Low traffic street. You might bring an extension cord if you need things plugged in bedside; no outlets near head of bed. Grab a tray table from the kitchenette if you both want a night stand. Charming place; you can see Muskegon Lake from the back windows.
