This spacious 2 level unit is part of a well-maintained condo complex and features 20-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and an abundance of natural light that creates a warm, breezy vibe all day long. Sip your morning coffee on the private deck as ocean breezes roll in, and enjoy front-row seats to the weekly fireworks lighting up the night sky.
The layout is perfect for families, couples, or friends traveling together, with two separate bedrooms and full baths on each floor offering privacy and comfort. The open-concept living area includes a cozy living room with Roku TV, a dining area for six, and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need—from a coffee station with K-Cup machine, French press, espresso maker, and NutriBullet, to wine, margarita, and champagne glasses for a fun night in.

Please note when booking, this unit is a second floor duplex that requires stairs to access.
We do not accept any prom, graduation, event groups, or third-party bookings. We accept families and adult couples/groups. The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and must be staying on the property for the entire length of stay. You may not book on behalf of someone else.
To abide by local legal requirements, you may be asked to complete a secure verification portal by providing a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirming your contact information and sharing the purpose of your stay. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the hosts take great pride in maintaining a spotless and welcoming environment. The entire space was incredibly clean, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at home.What really set this place apart, though, was how well-equipped it was for a coastal getaway. The hosts have thought of everything you might need for a day by the water—beach chairs, umbrellas, and plenty of fresh towels were all provided. It saved us so much hassle (and trunk space!) not having to pack our own gear or hunt for rentals in town. The kitchen and bathroom were also fully stocked with all the essentials, making the transition into "vacation mode" seamless.In a market where beach town prices can often feel inflated, this stay was exceptionally fair priced. You get incredible value for the quality of the accommodations and the convenience of the amenities provided.If you’re looking for a stress-free, comfortable, and budget-friendly spot that doesn't skimp on the details, I cannot recommend this place enough. We’ll definitely be looking to book here again for our next trip!
