As a guest of Emerald Island, you’ll also have unlimited access to the exciting onsite amenities such as a heated swimming pool, nature trails, a sauna, mini golf, a tiki bar, kids’ playgrounds, and multiple sports courts, and that’s just to name a few!
Inside the home, the open floorplan allows enough space for everyone to spread out and find their own private corner while bringing you back together in communal spaces designed for relaxation and connectivity. The cozy living room offers a plush L-shaped sofa to rest your feet while you stream episodes of all your favorite movies on the smart TV. Steps away, the modern kitchen is fully equipped to assist you in preparing meals large or small, with stainless steel appliances, shiny quartz countertops, and ample cabinetry. Dining is made easy between the formal table with seating for 8, high-top stools at the counter for 3, or a smaller dining table with seating for 4. After blissful days filled with adventure, keep the excitement flowing in the garage-converted game room featuring a media room with recliners, arcade games (please note marvel game is out of order as of 07/01/26), and a smart TV.
This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 includes a twin-over-full bunk bed and smart TV.
Bedroom #3 includes a twin-over-full bunk bed and smart TV.
Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• NO SMOKING allowed on the premises inside or outside.
• Driveway and street parking available for 6 vehicles. An additional $20 fee per vehicle will be required for registration.
• Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $29 per night. Please contact our customer service after you have booked your stay for further payment. Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home.

• Patio grills. Your home might have a BBQ grill installed on the patio. If you decide to use the grill, there is a $95 fee. You should request to use the BBQ grill prior to your arrival as we have locks on the grills. After each checkout and before any arrival, our operations team checks the grills by taking pictures and/or videos. If it is determined that you or your guests used the grill, you will receive communication from our guest services team advising you that your card will be charged. BBQ grill fees are non-refundable..
• REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED BY EMERALD ISLAND RESORT TO AVOID NON-STAYING GUESTS AND THE TOWING OF VEHICLES. There is a $20 fee per car to register your vehicle and receive an access card for up to 1 week stays.

Everything was as pictured. We had a great time. Easy access on and off to Sea World. Resort and community pool.area was great and staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

No, kitchen was not fully equipped. It's probably the only area that we were not fully satisfied. A few additional items could greatly increase satisfaction. Had to go out to get a spatula, a sieve, a meat knife(the serrated ones would not cut meat), a bowl, some microwavable cups, water glasses. Need also a large non stick pan, those there are very sticky- couldn't cook an egg properly. 1 bright bulb in kitchen would also be very useful.

Love the gated community. This was the second time we stayed here, but not the same house. House was nice. My son enjoyed the game room with the big screen TV and theater seating. Pool area could use a good power washing. The beds definitely need new mattresses. They may be ok for a long weekend but not for a 35 day stay. Also the couch wasn’t very comfortable either. Would definitely stay here again if these things would be updated

Ice maker in fridge not working, broken chair in movie room, garbage can 1/2 full of unbagged trash at check in (violation of area rules), cigarette butts under pool furniture (again, supposed to be smoke free), leaking under kitchen sink. All were reported but the sink leak was the only item addressed. The beds were the sizes listed but the mattresses were incredibly soft. Not bad but not comfortable. Property management said they were not responsible for the fridge or broken chair and were not willing to check any of the complaints except for the above mentioned sink problem.
