A proposito di questa casa struttura in affitto
You arrive to a quiet street where the Florida sun feels soft and welcoming. The house opens easily, light spilling into every room, and the pace immediately slows. This is the kind of place where mornings don’t rush you and afternoons unfold exactly how you want them to.
Coffee is best enjoyed on the screened porch, listening to the neighborhood wake up gently. Some days begin with a golf cart ride along the winding paths to Spanish Springs, where music, shops, and conversation fill the square. Other days stay closer to home—stretching out on the lanai after a swim or settling into the sunroom with a book and nowhere else to be.
Inside, the home feels open and comfortable. The living space flows naturally into the kitchen and dining area, making it easy to share meals, linger over conversation, or enjoy quiet time apart while still feeling connected. Natural light moves through the house throughout the day, keeping everything bright and calm.
Afternoons invite choice. Head out to explore pools, golf courses, and recreation centers, or stay in and enjoy the peaceful rhythm of the neighborhood. Evenings often return you home feeling refreshed—simple dinners, relaxed conversations, and the warm air drifting through open spaces.
As night settles in, the house grows quiet again. Beds are comfortable, the space feels still, and tomorrow holds the promise of another easy day shaped entirely by you.
Golden Sun Getaway isn’t about rushing from one thing to the next. It’s about sunshine, movement at your own pace, and enjoying The Villages the way it was meant to be—relaxed, social, and unhurried.
🐾 Dog-Friendly Property
This is a dog-friendly home, and we love hosting well-behaved pups! To keep the space comfortable for all guests, only dogs are permitted (no cats or other pets).
Please let us know in advance if you’ll be bringing a dog, and be sure to add them to the reservation, as the pet fee applies per dog. Any additional dogs must be approved in advance.
CONCIERGE SERVICE:
Make the most of your stay with our interactive guest guidebook, provided upon reservation. Enjoy local partner perks, discover our favorite restaurants and activities, and have everything you need at your fingertips. Book your stay and let us help you make it an unforgettable getaway!
✅ Good News! Your stay includes coverage for accidental damage and mishaps. We take your safety and security seriously, and this property has special local compliance requirements of a signed rental agreement and ID verification. To make this easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account — it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

This property is an older mobile home that is missing furniture and lamps. Very little in the way of pots and pans but new appliances. Very disappointed that we were not told that we couldn’t use the pool without paying an additional fee that had to be requested 4 days prior to our stay. The notice was on the check in information which we didn’t get until the day we checked in! There is no grill which kept us from cooking at home. The home is very close to the golf cart trails and Spanish Center. The couch and bed are both very uncomfortable. The only decent furniture is an antique wood dinette set with no table cloth or mats so had to use paper towels under our drinks to keep from staining it. Two porches and a patio with NO furniture! We would look for another rental if we were to return to the Villages.

The property was exactly as pictured/described!! It was extremely clean and offered all of the necessities to feel at home! The host, Patti, was very accommodating and didn't really ask much of us at check out! We will definitely come back here on our next visit!

It was welcoming for our dog. The closest pool was closed. I enjoyed another pool. It would have been nice to have a frying pan and other pots and pans that were in good condition. If I was the owner I would throw away some of those pans. We only had one dish towel. I couldn’t find any scissors. The couch was very uncomfortable and there was no chair in the living room. We had a good time but could have been more comfortable. Thank you. Julie
