The condo was nice and in a great location, but I was not given the entry code and had to wait over an hour to get in. The lack of communication was a major inconvenience, and I’m unlikely to use this app again.

The owner was helpful, and the unit was definitely upgraded. He was helpful in accommodating us stowing luggage before our flight, which we appreciated. The building was aging and needed updates. The sewer system in the building caused a bad odor at the door. The AC unit leaked and caused water under the floor boards in the bedroom. (We did make the owner aware before we checked out and he was checking on those items before the next group checked in.) The pool ended up closed while we were there and there was a police presence in the building at least twice (once on our floor only 1 or 2 units from ours). Again, we appreciated the owner and the pictures of the unit were accurate!
