In the vibrant heart of Funchal, this contemporary apartment is the ideal starting point for a memorable stay on the island of Madeira. Its privileged location, right in the central zone of the city, combined with private parking in the building, offers a rare convenience, perfect for those who value mobility and comfort without compromising tranquillity.

With spacious areas and an excellent natural light entry, the apartment was carefully designed to provide well-being in every detail. The two bedrooms were designed to ensure rest and privacy, one of them being a comfortable suite. With two complete bathrooms, both with shower, the space perfectly adapts to couples, families or groups of friends.

Upon entering, we are received by a spacious room in an open space concept, where the living and dining areas merge into a harmonious, welcoming, and light-filled environment. The fully equipped kitchen has all the essential appliances and utensils for those who like to feel at home — whether preparing a peaceful breakfast or a shared dinner at the end of the day.

The apartment also features Wi-Fi, two televisions, a washing machine, an iron, a hairdryer, and a convenient lift with direct access to the car park. As a complement, the furnished balcony invites you to relax outdoors, whether to read, have a coffee or simply enjoy the mild island climate.

Just a few minutes on foot, you will find everything you need: local restaurants, charming cafés, supermarkets, gardens and public transport. And if you wish to explore further, in a few minutes by car you will be at the beach, at a viewpoint, or even on a mountain trail.

More than a simple accommodation, this apartment offers a complete experience of comfort, practicality, and authenticity. Here, everything is designed so that you feel truly at home — and with the city at your feet.
