Just 50 metres from the coast sits this charming holiday home, where the holiday mood begins the moment you open the door. The house is simple and functional, with a focus on relaxation and togetherness – perfect for families and friends seeking an undisturbed break close to nature and the sea.

The house is situated at the end of a private, dead-end road and contains three bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed, providing a total of eight sleeping places. There is plenty of room for both big and small guests.

The kitchen and living room are combined into one bright, open space, creating the perfect setting for socialising, shared meals, board games, or simply peace and the view through the large windows. Outside, you can bask in the sunshine on the south-facing terrace and in the secluded garden, which invites play and relaxation and offers direct access to a protected natural area – all just a stone’s throw from the beach.

At 145 m², the house is neither too big nor too small – it’s just the right size for a relaxed holiday. In addition, there is an extra 27 m² multi-purpose room with double bed, and an extra sofa bed. There’s room for fun and focus, no matter the weather or season.

The terrace is ideal for barbecue evenings and long summer nights under the open sky or on the covered terrace, while children can play safely in the unnoticeable garden.

The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a gas grill.

Two pets are allowed.

The area exudes holiday atmosphere.

The nearby child-friendly sandy beach entices with clear bathing water, walks, and beautiful sunrises – and you can even fish directly from the shore if you dream of catching your own dinner. Sæby is close by, offering cosy cafés, a lively harbour atmosphere, and good shopping facilities. There are also ample opportunities for cycling tours through the hilly landscape and exciting encounters with local art and culture.

Here you have a functional, family-friendly, and atmospheric base for holiday days in the beautiful surroundings of Northern Jutland. Regardless of the season, both the house and the area offer the ideal setting to unplug and just be together.
