Spacious apartment located in the heart of Galbiate, a quiet village surrounded by 2 lakes: Lake Garlate to the east and Lake Annone to the west. A strategic position, just a few minutes from Lecco, perfect for those who want to enjoy spectacular views, panoramic routes and a convenient starting point for exploring Lake Como, Milan and Bergamo.
The apartment, recently renovated and furnished with attention to detail, is located in the central area of the town, a short distance from shops, bars, restaurants and ice cream parlors.
It is located on the second and last floor of an elegant building without an elevator and opens onto a large living area, characterized by a comfortable sofa bed and a dining area with a large six-seater table. The spacious and well-equipped kitchen has large worktops and a central island ideal for breakfasts and quick meals.
The sleeping area includes two bedrooms: one double and one with two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet.
There is also a cellar, perfect as a garage for those traveling by bike.
Available to guests: Wi-Fi, oven, methane gas stove, large refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishes and kitchen utensils.
The heating and hot water are autonomous, managed by an independent gas boiler.
NOTE: the apartment does not have a TV, an invitation to slow down, to enjoy the beauty of the surrounding landscape and to dedicate yourself to quality moments, in company or in total relaxation.
Upon your arrival you will find the apartment ready to welcome you with sheets and towels for everyone, as well as a welcome kit that includes oil, salt, pepper, coffee, pods, dishwashing detergent and washing machine, shampoo, body wash and toilet paper.

City Tax: € 2,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights


Tourist tax: In accordance with local regulations, the Municipality may apply a tourist tax.
The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process. The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details.
Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality.

Check-in: To receive the detailed instructions on how to reach the accommodation, it is necessary to complete the fast check-in procedure (guest registration, possible payment of the tourist tax, and contract signing).
The official check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Access to the accommodation outside this time frame is not permitted unless previously agreed in writing and subject to the payment of an early check-in or late check-in supplement. Extra: Some extra services may incur an additional charge. In this case, you will need to request the service via text message before your arrival; if available, it will be added to your bill, and a payment link will be sent to you.
