There are two terraces to enjoy: one shaded, perfect for outdoor meals, and the other open for sunbathing or reading. A barbecue is available for al fresco dinners, and younger guests will enjoy the swings and small playhouse. Private parking is available, along with a garage that houses a washing machine and dryer.

Inside, the villa offers two cozy bedrooms. The first, on the ground floor, is a bright and spacious master suite with a queen-size bed (160x200). Upstairs, a charming attic-style room includes one queen-size bed and one single bed – ideal for children or a second couple. The bathroom has a shower, sink, and hairdryer, with separate toilet facilities.
