Exclusive location on the dream beach of Costa Rei

Villetta Quattro impresses with stylish architecture and a unique setting just behind the dunes. The villa’s large, well-kept garden leads directly onto the fine sandy beach of Costa Rei. The sea is shallow and crystal clear at the shore. Two offshore rocks invite you to dive and snorkel. The sand is white and fine-grained. Shops for daily needs and a weekly market with Sardinian specialties are within walking distance.

Villetta Quattro is your holiday home in Sardinia if you want a sunny place for the whole family in a prime location—straight from the bedroom to the water, swimming in the sea, and relaxing in the palm garden.

From the spacious terrace, you can see the sea. The heart of Mediterranean beach life is the terrace planted with Mediterranean flora, where you can watch the moon rise over the water in the evening, dine by the outdoor fireplace, or relax under the palms on loungers and seating. The property borders directly on the sea. Next to the house is a 4-star hotel, which blends harmoniously into the landscape. In high summer, you may hear music from the evening entertainment.

The interiors of Villetta Quattro are designed for a light and airy beach villa feel. This detached holiday home accommodates up to 7 guests: 2 double bedrooms, a children’s room with 2 single beds, a single room with private shower, and another single room with its own WC and washbasin, accessible from outside. The villa has 3 bathrooms and an extra WC, a well-equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room with a large fireplace.

Please note that air conditioning is available only in the living room and three bedrooms.
