Es war ein wunderschönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung. Die Ausstattung war perfekt, es fehlte an nichts. Silvio hat das Haus perfekt gestaltet.

We had a wonderful three-night stay here and would happily return. The location is excellent — just a three-minute walk from a supermarket and pharmacy, with plenty of free street parking nearby. It is also a great base for exploring Tuscany and the beautiful Chianti region, with many wonderful places to visit within easy reach. We received a very warm welcome from the host, who greeted us with a big smile and immediately made us feel at home. We were given complimentary bottled water from the fridge, shown how to use the air conditioning and where everything was, and given some excellent recommendations for local restaurants. The house itself is beautiful and has been renovated with impeccable taste. It combines modern, chic design with a real appreciation for the history and character of the building. I particularly loved the original ornate stone and old wood incorporated into the walls and décor. It creates a lovely balance between old and new. Everything feels spacious, clean and well thought out. There is a TV in both the dining area and bedroom, while the kitchen has a halogen hob, microwave and everything needed to prepare a simple meal. The host also kindly leaves basic food supplies in the cupboards and fridge for guests to use. There is a small table and chairs outside the front door, perfect for enjoying the view and summer breeze. It was lovely to relax there in the peace and quiet with a good glass of Chianti! I loved the large shower and deep, spacious basin in the bathroom, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Overall, a lovely property combining comfort, style, history and character. The host is incredibly kind and welcoming, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend it.

De accommodatie is prachtig, sfeervol en erg comfortabel. Alle ruimtes zijn voorzien van airco wat erg fijn was gezien de hoge temperaturen tijdens ons verblijf. Er is een fijne keuken en grote slaap- en badkamer. De persoonlijke aandacht van Silvio is erg fijn en hij is altijd beschikbaar voor informatie. Parkeren gaat (bijna) voor de deur. Er zijn wel een paar flinke trappen te nemen om bij de accommodatie te komen, maar Silvio helpt je bij aankomst en vertrek met je bagage. Wat een service!. Ook stonden er diverse producten voor ons klaar in de keuken die gebruikt konden worden, inclusief een fles wijn. Siena en Florence liggen relatief dichtbij, waardoor de locatie een mooi uitgangspunt is voor diverse uitstapjes.
