Accommodation was squeaky clean with comfortable home-feel. The location is very convenient, close to restaurants and local shops and also walking distance to Dotonbori. We did need assistance at the start with checking in, but the helpline was very quick to reply and informative.

從住宿的地方去搭地鐵很方便，附近就有美食和便利商店，走路去心齋橋也不會太遠。
房內乾淨整潔，浴缸和免治馬桶真是太喜歡了！

Very new and modern apartment, very spacious and very good and modern systems in the apartment. It seemed like it was brand new.
No water, tea, coffee or tea spoons provided. The check in process is a bit of a pain you have to pre register and then on the day wait till 1pm to do another check in but your not allowed to arrive till 4pm I asked to check in earlier but the replies were like AI and they wouldn’t budge even for 1 hour but then they said I could check if the key was available from the locker and if it was I was allowed to check in…
