Location was excellent. Very few steps to the station and bus stop. Close to beach and good supermarket. Clean . Air con good. Washing machine is excellent. Plenty of linen . Two air conditioners. There wasn a good hairdryer. The host allowed a late exit and was very quick to respond.

Perhaps the things that impacted my feelings me was the price but it’s July and peak season. We were three people staying for three nights. That was fine but the listing says two bedrooms when in fact there is a common room with a sofa bed and one bedroom. I was surprised to run out of toilet paper, no spare rolls. I would have liked an electric kettle but that’s probably an expectation based on the price of stay. The memory foam pillows are popular in Italy more so than in Australia. We were not sure which bin was for which garbage exactly so I hope we didn’t get it wrong and we didn’t have bin bags. Laundry liquid at the supermarket is cheap but there wasn’t any amount for guests to use. You will need to use your sim data as there is no wifi.
