I originally booked this place as I thought it was the whole apartment as I ticked the box on booking.com… other guests

Great location to stay if you’re looking to get in and out of the city

Other guests were very loud until late. Bed frame was dated and needs replacing.

Highly recommend

Great location, very clean and quiet. Interaction with landlord was great, too!

The AC makes a very loud noise

8 / 10

Clean, affordable, and close to bus stops.

Clean, close to mass transit

About an hour trip to get into the center of town. Using Uber or Lyft to get into downtown is a good idea as you need to transfer if using public transportation.

Horrible stay

nothing

Extremely disappointing and misleading experience in ROOM A. The air conditioner is installed directly next to and above the bed, which is not shown at all in the listing photos. This is a critical detail that was completely hidden. The AC is extremely loud, producing constant noise, making it absolutely impossible to sleep. I suffered every night and was forced to leave the accommodation because the conditions were simply unbearable, with refusal of any refund from both Booking.com and the host, so full financial loss for me as well. Given the heat, it is impossible to turn the AC off, so you are stuck between extreme heat or unbearable noise. This makes the accommodation practically unusable. The host refused to take any responsibility and provided unacceptable responses instead of offering a solution. This place is clearly not as described, and I strongly advise future guests to avoid it unless this issue is fixed and properly disclosed. Very negative experience.

2nd time staying and was just as good. Perfect for when in Boston. Friendly host (Claire), cosy property

Rude husband (i think) making false accusations about smoking inside
