great location close to Volterra , with a beautiful view of the city, excellent air conditioning in all rooms,

La vista del jardín está magnífica

Falta un poco más de muebles modernos, y el baño falta un poco más de limpieza, lo demás perfecto

The view to Volterra is good. It had a modern kitchen.

The photos are far from reality, too much filters. The place is part of a very old church, in a wood outside of Volterra. That should be communicated very open to the guests before making a reservation. Being in a dark forest, sharing a wall with a closed church and hearing the bells ringing definitely got on my nerves and I'm a christian who goes to a church. No disrespect to my religion, the saint it's named after, but it's a very intense experience. The main problem is the very dim, weak lighting, everything looks tired and old. The bedrooms smell like something very old from the wardrobes. The beds are also very old, but the mattresses are new. You can't enjoy the view outside because it's full of mosquitos that bite even in the day. The bathrooms are fine. Cleanliness is not top but it's decent.
