Comfortable, spacious, clean, close to the town centre. It was ideal for an overnight stay in Whitby. The bed was very comfortable.
The shower controls being outside the shower is a bit awkward.

Location, price, parking space
Needs a blind on the front door, some more coat hangers and shelves in both rooms would be good. More information about what to do with the bins etc.

Great to have a fridge and workspace. Location was very central but away from the busy streets- perfect.
Unfortunately the internet went down on the second day, so we were without that. This was financially impactive, as I could not do my hourly paid work. BT did come to try to fix it, with lots of drilling but I still couldn't get onto the hub. No response from the host regarding this but the rest of the stay was very nice in a spacious room with our dog.
