We picked the peak period (golden week) to stay and the staffs were swamped. Despite that, they were very friendly and always willing to help. Helped us with sorting our parcels and also arranged for transport to the airport, even delivering our food personally then the robots were too busy to do so. Rooms were very clean and housekeeping was great, accommodating to our occasional small requests. Hotel facilities were great with a laundry room and small gym. There is also a huge lobby to lounge at and read books while waiting for your cab to arrive.

There is no proper place for the cars to stop at - will recommend asking the drivers to stop at Zhujiang Plaza right before the hotel. Also the beds for the twin rooms (with 2 double beds) are more like super single than queen/king sized - something to note if you plan to share the room with more than 2 pax.

It was a clean place and was located in a decent neighborhood.

Didn't like that mass transit was far and the pictures didn't look like the actual hotel.
