Hands down the best apartment I have rented - and spend an average of 10 nights a month staying in vacation rentals. Everything is just perfect. Nothing is missing - you get a fully equipped apartment where even the details are covered. First Aid kit? Check. Fire extinguisher? Check. There's an iron and an ironing board. You can do laundry, if you check with the managing company. Two TV's, too. The location is perfect if you want to be in town - and it's easy to get to.
The only caveat you need to have in mind while staying here is that the parking garage is exceptionally tight. I'd say the biggest car you can comfortably drive in and out of that garage is something akin to a VW Golf. Anything bigger and you'll struggle because the ramp is very, very narrow and the angles aren't exactly the best.
