The apartment was large, bright and had the right setup for our family - one double bed, and one room with two singles. The rooms were large and comfortable. We had everything we needed while visiting friends nearby.
The house was being renovated from the outside and our hosts only notified us the day before our arrival. While this didn't affect our stay (no noise or dirt inside) the scaffolding made it hard to use the main stairs, especially while carrying luggage, and some of the windows were covered with plastic.
