Staff were welcoming. Place was nice. Food was delicious
Stairs. But having bad knees stairs are always a problem. Would only be a concern for anyone with mobility problems

The rooms was exceptional clean, very comfortable bed, food was amazing. Staff very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you

Location is quite good and excellent for the Severn Valley Railway, so good for tourists, lesser so for business travellers. Staff were very friendly. Great curry meals served in the evening.
Unfortunately the breakfast started around 9am and I had to leave for work by 7:30-7:45. There was a very poor "continental breakfast" left out, so hardly ideal at all. My room was never made up during the 4 nights I stayed there.
